Ideale Human Resource Consultancy Ltd is a recruitment company founded in 2021. The company specialize in general recruitment of majorly the unemployed Ugandans or those who wish to have a career change. We focus on complete recruitment solutions, which include but not limited to sourcing and supplying quality labor force.
We are a registered companyin the Republic of Uganda, recognized by the Ministry of Gender, Labor and Social Development and a member of Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies (UAERA). We aim to being one of Uganda’s providers of professional recruitment services.
IDEALE is mandated to recruit professionals, skilled and unskilled workers willing to work in overseas. We undertaken deployment projects in the Gulf countries such as Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates among others.
